Pierre, Do you have a Windows NT/2000 machine that you can either 1) Create a local account that is not a member of Administrators and that has restricted priveleges... basically, an account that is only a member of Users.
2) Logon to a domain account that has restricted priveleges? Those (especially #2) seem to be the only scenarios that cause the problem to happen. Harold "Pierre A.
