-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Using the most recent Cygwin installation, running under Windows 98 Second Edition, I get frequent 'hangs'/freezes when running remote X applications across SSH (via PuTTY).
This happens repeatedly and reproducibly under Windows 98 SE but not at all under Windows XP. I realise that this description is incredibly vague for which I apologise. I feel I should be able to troubleshoot this myself, however, my question is: where should I look for more diagnostic information? Is there a way to increase the verbosity of this diagnostic information? Thanks, Dave. - -- Dave Ewart [EMAIL PROTECTED] Computing Manager, Cancer Epidemiology Unit Cancer Research UK / Oxford University PGP: CC70 1883 BD92 E665 B840 118B 6E94 2CFD 694D E370 N 51.7518, W 1.2016 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFC7zzLbpQs/WlN43ARAtKgAKCSlYQ7vCDNe1DQFqoo7SIEw1b43gCfV4Eh g6fY60QpaHCWwBeYHVjWMQI= =OKQM -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Problem reports: http://cygwin.com/problems.html Documentation: http://x.cygwin.com/docs/ FAQ: http://x.cygwin.com/docs/faq/
