bunzip error on server test 36

When downloading XWin-Test36.exe.bz2 and then decrompressing, my
cygwin/bunzip2 tells me that the file is corrupt and  can�t decompress
it. Also bunzip2 is deleting the unpacked file... :-(
What�s wrong??????
