The manual mentions ftp.  Unfortunately, there's no ftp available from
Harold's page.  So that's not that helpful.  http doesn't work. 
Really.  
So I would recommend Real Download.  It worked for me.  I would consider
putting that in the manual, in order to ensure that the manual does
contain a viable solution for this case.
