I asked because back in 2006 there are sites up saying cygwin was used to
build ps2sdk but ps2sdk migrated to msys, then moved to linux. So my
question is will your team ever again build your cygwin to be able to build
the ps2sdk? Because I wanted to use cygwin rather than use wsL or linux
