$ cygcheck -f /etc/postinstall/openssl.sh libssl3-3.5.7-1 The setup.exe would not attempt to run the script if it wasn't on the disk and it's sourcing it in bash in this case, so something must have intervened and removed access or the file. Check your antivirus settings perhaps?
