Indeed.  Sorry, I missed the call to newargv.fixup in spawn_guts...

So, what was the reason, then, to remove "si.wShowWindow = SW_HIDE" from
spawn_guts in CVS?  Having it makes it much easier to fix run.exe
appropriately...
