Took it today after the snowstorm...
One of many things I don't miss about the D.C. area is the snow. I remember four-foot snowdrifts surrounding our house in McLean during the Blizzard of '66. And one of the less attractive things about heavy snow areas is the lingering piles of dirt-encrusted snow for weeks afterward.

Blue skies today here in Santa Cruz. Short-sleeved shirts for the warm-blooded (not as warm as it has been most of Jan-Feb, when it was in the 70s on many days).

I saw "Daredevil." I'd never heard of this comic book, except the "Double D" insignia rung a bell. And though Jennifer Garner is no "Double D," she be one fineass honkie bitch!

ObCrypto: None, thankfully. No "we have to break his code before the bomb goes off."

I liked this movie a lot more than "Spiderman" or "X-Men," which I thought were too much like cheesy comic books. I did like "Blade" a lot a few years ago, and of course "The Matrix" was heavily comic book-influenced and was amazing.

Jennifer Garner really is the reason to watch "Daredevil." She's a major star for our time.
