Well, OK. But also don't expect anyone to teach 'em (at least not someone that can possibly find work elsewhere!)
Or, having a bullet-proof plexiglass wall between the teacher and 'students' could work. Bullhorns would also "broadcast" the lesson louder than kids could shout so that those that want to learn, could. Watercannon are also positioned so that the "teacher" can brake up any fights. (All part of the "School of the Future" devised by me and some friends.)
