You can't export it, can't even engage in it > domestically, if you can't even say it or write it down. weird though, that I'm heavily exporting strong crypto and nobody has yet told me to stop... the fact is that yes, the government has occasionally stepped in and stopped stuff like sending tanks to serbia or certain chemicals to the iraq. I'm not aware of a single case where software was regulated.
