Spam Prevention

Hi all,

I know somebosdy suggested a while ago that by preventing non-subscribers
from posting to the list this would stop spam but prevent the use of anon
remailers. What mail software is being used ? I would have assmed you
could add the anon remailers as allowed to post but not have messages sent
to them.
