Carnivore does not exist, that is right, there is no such
program. This whole thing has been a scam by the
FBI to test public reaction to an actual program
they will be soon testing.
Great lengths went into publicizing Carnivore right
down to selecting a name that would trigger the
most public outrage.

for your entertainment, and to reveal to the feds what
problems they might encounter when they launch
their real program.
