I was just pointing out that his gods behave just like all the other 
mortals.  Actually, you are wrong, Lizard.  International law is as 
strong as the group of countries that find it useful, as long as they act 
collectively.  Which is a little bit stronger than you suggest, but still 
subject to the same selective enforcement.
