Price Roy has if you look at the photograph on page 237 of Wired two 
.22s and one pump shotgun.  There is a huge difference between a 
crank with a .22 and a bunch of Cpunks with crew served weaponry.  I 
will predict if Havenco does install .50 brownings or similar 
weapons, the Brits will shut them down.  So what if Sealand is 
outside of UK jurisdiction?  The UK will just make war on them.

They'd been better off if they just let Prince Roy do the defending 
then to draw unattended attention to themselves.
