Yes, with random pieces of pipe, and a nail and endcap you can make a single shot shotgun. But because I am in a crappy north-eastern state, I wonder if that sentence above classifies as "illegal information"? We live in an era where almost half of the states in the USA are (attempting to) censor the free flow of information. It is sad.
