Today was Breath Obedience. Megaphones all over the city were linked to people's cell phones. Dictator's glorious voice had boomed out: "Today we will breathe the right way. Inhale for exactly 3.46 seconds now. Exhale when instructed."
Everybody in the city inhaled. Except for a band of rebels and foreign agents who were about to detonate a bomb in Dictator's palace again.
