ma6be so you can touch things and participate with multiple people?? maybe the idea is 5hat the edge of perception is blurred? it seems it would make most sense to have people kind of directly experience n-dimensional visual and tactile senses but ma6be that removes the puzzle element what if there were a physical robot that navigated n-dimensional space with them in the holodeck
