A New York bankruptcy judge has dismissed two lawsuits worth $465 Million
against U.S. and international banks accused of exploiting a complex
sale-leaseback deal that purportedly drained the assets of the Brazilian
oil and gas conglomerate Schahin Group, leading to its financial downfall.
