we are thinking this new spot in life would go well with something like meditation or grounding exercises there was concern though that it would/could feed harm strongly to cognitive parts and plans and some existing strategies an idea remains of using food reward for some. this is reasonable. there is more pressure than usually expect with food reward. it’s hard to judge. we might like doing wim hof and/or exercise abababababababa but whatever is available is available maybe! 1644 so i guess the idea was maybe to think of smaller behavior that might not make as much pressure impact like, traffick boss considers meditating. unsure 1645 > we like the idea of th— 1645 maybe something to think of is the idea of the pressures possibly describing a small safety/safe space inside maybe there is a space they would/might defend, when active 1646 it’s hard to engage. there’s a space that feels maybe defended/described by them, but it is not easy to engage or reference. things maybe change. i could be wrong about it. 1647 but yeah i think the pressure has an “eye” and that eye can(/could) be nice to focus-a-little on. it’s nice to not stimulate cognitive storms. it’s hard to. ababababagabadababa abagabadaba uhh anyway i think some of us maybe got excited about the idea and stimulated the limitation enforcing patterns :s or maybe it just acted in case it was a freedom utility so now new situation :s 1648 1649 bagadagabagaba bagaba bagaba 1649 1649 bagabagabaga 1650 pacific time may 5 2024
