can we clarify that _anybody_ could fit an eeg cap to their skull if i
made code to do so? my own skull is simply the one available.
similarly you can make a 3d model of your skull with photos, it
doesn't need lab data, but you can also get lab data if you say things
to a doctor and then go through a formal request process in this and
many countries
