look if you're hanging around me all the time, the only way you're going to see ftl teleportation happen is if we make it happen you prep the ftl blink by discerning information either via induction or conventional transport -- you _don't have to decide the exact parameters of the teleport yet (when, who, where), just enough state to derive them --then you can perform a truly-instantaneous teleport by shared knowledge
