We'll see what UNC says.  Their legal counsel is extremely
conservative, but luckily technically literate.

Of course, the main thing here is the principal.  The link
is substantial to my class, and Kaplan's decision has no
bearing on N.C. (nor anyone else...).

BTW, more stuff on my spring incident is

More loophole suggestions are welcome.
