Noisy enough that you won't be able to record much of a conversation at a distance. :) As for me, I've got my mp3 players at all times, so I couldn't give a fuck. :)
Hmmm, I haven't seen those stickers anywhere else, so I suspect they were either someone's idea of a joke or an attempt to see what commuter reaction would be. I take it no other NYC punks saw them or they would have replied... oh well... Still having such stickers around is a good thing. It lets the sheeple know they're being watched. Maybe some of them will feel unhappy enough to complain about it.
