I had to get an ancient police record expunged after it popped up on a cop
car during a minor traffic incident.All minor records could be expunged
after say 5 years or so.
Sunset clauses should apply to all laws IMHO. Another solution-put all the
info,all the ENCRYPTED info into constant remailer motion to be only called
down by a quorum,consensus,committee,whatever. APster by character
assassination seems to be alive and well.SEE...
