Hello Anatoli,

thank you. Yes I found this informationi in the issue #1731, too.

I am wondering that the cyrus-imapd 3.0.2 build in fedora 26 with their pcre 8.41 doesn't need this patch. (:

Well for me on an opensuse leap 42.3 I needed to patch prce 8.41. Anyway... it is working now (so far). :)

Zitat von Anatoli <m...@anatoli.ws>:

Hi Stephan,

If you're compiling PCRE from sources, the segfaults are a known issue. You would need the debian patch: apt-get source libpcre3-dev && cat pcre3-8.38/debian/patches/pcreposix.patch.

Regards,
Anatoli

Hello Elli,

Zitat von ellie timoney <el...@fastmail.com>:

Hi Stephan,

Is this fixed by Ken's patch for the libpcre dependency?

Yes, perfect, looks good, imapd lists the mailboxes. :-)

Now I just need to check another issue with pcre here. If I enable it I get segfaults with sievec for example. There are some issues like #1848 and #1731. I just need to read on and see...
