So a note: What I said on using trac doesn't strictly apply to this level of redesign perhaps. (But I'll put the sources for the tutorial and numerical paper there, at least).
At any rate, Trac is a good place for us developers to submit a ticket for "write documentation" when we've implemented a new feature, even if you don't create any tickets yourself.
