Hi Dag. I think trac is great too. To me it's ui is slightly unyielding, but that's just me not having been part of a sizeable project. I know it's a very useful tool for you guys so I'll happily adapt. Ok so at this point I'm gonna do a high level structural plan, and present that to you guys for further input.
