This was part of her Rotary Club initiative. The shipment is stuck in Calgary, Alberta since she could not find any local organization in Ukraine that would receive them for distribution as needed. There is no Rotary in Ukraine as far as she knows. Can anyone help with finding a voluntary organization in Ukraine, in Czernowitz or elsewhere, that would be willing to accept the shipment?
