Shabat Shalom, I was wondering if you anyone here has heard the name Beti Braunberg Chubotaru before? She is the daughter of Klara (Gotlieb) Braunberg, the sister of my girlfriend’s grand-grandfather Sigmund Gotlieb. Her grand-grandmother‘s name was Fanni Gotlieb (Rubinstein), daughter of Leon and Jeaneta Rubinstein (Maiden name: Hochman). Sadly, Klara died in Transnistria in 1942. Her father Karl Braunberg, Klara and Beti are listed in the Yad Vashem databases. Beti was the one who provided the info to Yad Vashem. While Klara is listed as murdered there is no further info on Karl. We know that Beti was with him in Jabocrici in 1942. Since she survived and emigrated to Israel we think that Karl might have survived. Jens
