Hello, I am currently in Tel Aviv, trying to collect more information on my girlfriend Daphne’s family. We know that the grand-grandchildren of Pinus (Ben-Saar) and Pepi Rubinstein live here in Israel. Pinus and Pepi lived in Beit-She‘an, their sons were Mordechai/Max/Bubi (1916-1991) and Edi/Eli/Eliyahu (1918-1992). Bubi was married to Melitta (1924-2015) and Eli to Dorina (1926-2007) If anyone has a contact please get back to us.
I found an amazing collection of pictures on DIFMOE, provided by Henry Rendall, the grandson of Lotti Rendel (born Hochman), sister of Jeanette Rubinstein (Hochman). Jeanette was married to Leon, the brother of Pinus/Ben-Saar. Jeanette and Leon were the grand-grand-grandparents of my girlfriend. If Henry is here, please reach out.
