I just looked up your book on Amazon and purchased it. Congratulations on the positive reviews. I see you have written many books. And although your new book is marketed to young adults and I am not young(!) I often find young adult books as interesting as more adult aimed books. I was once a children’s bookseller and enjoyed all the wonderful YA books I read then. I look forward to reading yours. FYI my grandmother was born in Czernowitz, as was my aunt. They emigrated to the U.S. in the early 20th century. I spent time in Czernowitz about a decade ago working on clearing the Jewish cemetery with an international group of volunteers. I was the only one with a personal connection to the city, and also I believe the only Jewish volunteer. And although the cemetery was quite overrun with weeds, brambles, etc at the time, several of the young volunteers helped me locate my great grandparents’ graves.
