I'm sure the developers would be happy to accept your code to do that.
By "stop the processing" do you mean that the generate-mapping script fails to
generate a mapping or that d2rq server fails to run with the generated mapping?
I've seen the generate-mapping generate mappings for some tables that I didn't
want it to generate them for. I that is the case you need to manually remove
them before running the d2rq server.
