While we are on this, I suggest that we get rid of the WikiWikiWeb and
MoinMoin plugins as well.  That way, people won't have to learn so
many different things.  Also, I haven't seen that markup style used
yet, so I suggest we remove them as well.

What's the difference between structuredText and reStructuredText?  Do
we need both of them?  I suggest keeping plaintext, html (+dtml), and
one of the above as our markup styles and removing the rest.....

I will work on wiki pages for formatting wiki documents with each
style of markup that we choose.
