Ed, i know all that.
But if it isn't expected to produce something useful it doesn't make
sense to call it "file.py"
You wouldn't call 10 % of an notepad.exe  notepad-part.exe either.

But i understand that you don't want to change the name even if the
notepad-part.exe doesn't make sense.
