Starting with wxPython 2.8.9.2 some package distributions do not bundle
Editra into wxPython.
dPageFrame uses flatnotebook from Editra. To change this, either include
Editras flatnotebook into Dabo or use flatnotebook from wx.lib.agw after a
patch got submitted and releases for wxPython.
