#1216: Class designer fails to open saved pages in a multipage pageframe control

If you create with the classdesigner a pageframe with more then one tabbed
page (dPage object), you edit some page property (such as the name, for
example) and, finally, you save and reopen it, you loose all changes to
all pages but the first one.
If you open the cdxml file in a text editor you can see that the
properties are there, that is, the file is saved correctly, but when you
re-open it, all changes to the properties of all the pages but the first
one are gone.
