That's the revision number for the framework. The tools are released
independently of the framework in Web Update.
My guess is that the bug is preventing CxnEditor from being able to
run far enough to get to the point where it is calling the check for
Web Update. If that's the case, the only recourse is to manually add
the comma to the end of line 47, and then run it. You should be
prompted to update then.
