Only an increase in performance of quickly navigating records, because of 
delayed 
child requeries and delayed form updates. And only if you set the new property: 
dForm.RowNavigationDelay to > 0 (I suggest 250 but your sweet spot is going to 
depend 
on how loaded your system is).
