As I'm re-writing Web Update to work with the switch to git and GitHub,
I was wondering if there might be a better of of transmitting and applying
updates. Currently I zip up all changed files on the server, which are then
downloaded and unzipped on the client. I'd love to switch to an approach that
uses diff, but that's not available on Windows, and I don't want to introduce
any new dependencies.
Any ideas? Or should I just stick with the current method?
