Yes, but it doesn't seem like a good fit for us. It requires creating a
frozen version for each release, which was sort of similar to what I had to do
in the SVN days. I just want something that does the equivalent of diff/patch,
but without requiring additional libraries. If such a beast doesn't exist, I'll
stick to copying entire files.
