Up to now you didn't tell us what you mean with "doesn't work".
You also didn't tell what you are running (BS, python, versions).
What do you mean with "it can't even find the silly file"?

If you want to get help you should be more specific.
If you can't locate setuptools:
http://cheeseshop.python.org/pypi/setuptools
If your problem is with installing on a internet free PC, see my other post.
