If you already have the prerequisites (wxPython, MySQL, sqlite, etc.)
installed, just copy dabo/dabo over to <python>/site-packages so that
you have <python>/site-packages/dabo with subdirs including biz, db, and
ui. That is all that is really required, and essentially what setuptools
does for you.
