Sorry, it will never happen. That's a Windows-only mindset.

Let me see if I can set their visibilities to be remembered from
session to session. At least this way your next sessions will open
the way you closed your last. Please add a tracker issue for this,
since I won't be able to get to it right away.

Actually, the Form Designer works by remembering the way you left
things the last time. If I had the Form Controls toolbar open, it re-
opens it; if not, it doesn't. If I had a method editing window or two
open, they are re-opened.
