Crap. Looking at the code, I just realized that the fontMetric stuff
doesn't take into account text drawn at an angle. IOW, rotating the
text 90° still returns the same width; i.e., the width of the
unrotated text. While that's OK for most purposes, it sure won't work
for a Rect. Guess I'll have to do a little trig to get this working.
