There are menu shortcut keys. The concept of hotkeys for controls
does not exist. If you want to provide a hotkey, create the
appropriate menu item.

Oh, now I see. Just create the blank class, and then open your class
from the menu. Depending on the blank class, the Class Designer will
either re-use that form for your class, or open up a new one. Once you
have your design open, you can simply close that blank class window.
I suppose I should add an option to that dialog to open an existing
class.
