When you create the sizer, the dialog that pops up gives you the option
of setting a border ("Add Sizer Box?") and optional caption for the border. If
you don't select that, a regular non-bordered sizer is created.
But all is not lost: you can switch between bordered and non-bordered
sizers by going to the property sheet, displaying the object tree, and then
right-clicking on the sizer in the tree. There will be an option to Add/Remove
the sizer box, depending on what its current status is.
