On Windows platform I noticed, when resizing empty grid,
column labels becomes shifted in relation to columns itself:

Second strange behaviour is that sometimes it looks like
resizing goes into infinite loop, expanded column is oversized,
then downsized and so on.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I still think that EVT_SIZE event
shouldn't be fired if grid size doesn't change.
