I didn't see anything, and even put in debugging in
dPemMixin.__onWxResize(), and I never saw it fire when I resized a column. This
was on OS X, so I'd be interested if you could show it was firing under Windows.
I posted an update to dGrid.py - try it out and let me know if it works
any better.
