That's very odd - you should be prompted with a dialog the very first
time you run any Dabo app. Try this: run DaboDemo, and find the menu choice for
'Preferences'. There should be an option for 'Web Update' on the left side.
Click that, and you should see a checkbox labeled "Check for framework updates"
near the top. Make sure that that's checked. You can also click the 'Check
now...' button to run the update check at any time.

That's good! That means that the bug is what I thought it would be.
I'll see if I can push a Web Update version this weekend, but it depends on how
busy I am. In the meantime, unless you're creating reusable components, always
use the Ctrl-S option to save your files.
