Select the paged control, and change its PageCount property to the
number of pages you want. Increasing it will add additional blank pages
after the existing pages. Decreasing it will delete pages above the number
specified.

Sorry Ed,
I cannot find out where to select paged control.
The Controls menu (on top of the design window) is disabled.
It changes to enabled only when I select an empty slot on the form.
But selecting paged control here would result in page tabs within that empty
slot of the form only.
Also when I am trying to use the mouse right click method, the paged control
will be enabled also clicking on empty slots of the form. The final result
is the same: "local" page tabs within that slot.
